Our homefinding service is perfect for discerning buyers who want to find their ideal home, without doing any of the hard work of travelling around to look at properties that may not be a good fit.
Our experienced and knowledgeable team will take a detailed brief from you to ensure that we know exactly what you want. With our extensive local networks, we’ll be able to research both on and off-market properties for you – providing you with the best possible choice.
We can offer a variety of services to help you find your ideal home, including pre-viewing suitable properties on your behalf, providing photographs and/or video footage as appropriate, accompanying you on viewings to shortlisted properties and handling those critical purchase negotiations.
We also offer a unique video walk-through service, if required, allowing you to see exactly what the property is like without leaving your armchair, saving you time and effort, and allowing you to be as sure as you can be that the property you do visit could be your dream home.
There is a Registration Fee of 350 EUR (+VAT), which is payable on instruction. We prefer to discuss your requirements in detail before quoting a final fee, but it would typically be 1% of the purchase price + VAT.

RENTAL PROPERTY SEARCH
The rental property search service works in a very similar way to our buying option, with just a different outcome. As ever, we will begin by compiling a comprehensive brief, outlining all your needs and requirements. To help inform and guide you at this stage, we will provide you with advice on current market conditions, notable features and services in the local area, and so forth. We want you to feel confident and informed in any decisions you make.
With a clear brief agreed upon by all involved, we will then begin our rental property search. This is where you personally can save a lot of time and effort. By employing us to establish whether properties truly live up to the promises of the brochure or website, we ensure that you only see properties that have a good chance of being your perfect home. Due to the speed of rental properties coming on and off the market we do not usually preview properties ahead of you visiting them. However, if this is something that you require, please contact us for details and prices.
Initial rental property search complete, we then provide you with a shorter, more manageable properties that we deem to be suitable for your requirements. We will organise a series of property visits at a time convenient to you, with the option of back-to-back viewings in one day.
Once a property has been chosen we can help you with all the nitty gritty details of lease negotiations, from the obvious concern of rental price to moving in dates. With an eye on the future, we will thoroughly investigate the specifics of any break clauses, the terms of tenancy extension options and whether there are any restrictions.

With a busy life, finding the right property can seem never ending and impossible – particularly if you are moving to a new area or coming from overseas. Or you just might prefer to hear a considered opinion from a professional who knows what they are looking for.
Either way, our Property Preview service can give you what you need. Once you’ve found a property you like the look of online or on paper, we will view it on your behalf, ask the right questions and provide you with our feedback, including photographs and video if required.
This way, you’ll get a much more detailed insight into your potential property than the estate agent’s description usually provides, as well as our view on whether or not it meets your requirements; helping you decide whether it’s worth seeing for yourself or whether to continue your search.
No more wasting time, missing work, or visiting properties only to be let down.
If, however, the property does turn out to be unsuitable, you still have the option of upgrading to our full homebuying service if desired.

AREA FAMILIARISATION VISITS

Once we’ve helped you find your new property, we pride ourselves in offering a wide range of support to help you turn your house into a home. All our property finders have extensive networks of local contacts and highly trusted professionals to help you with whatever you need. We can recommend mortgage advisers, a removal company, the surveyor and your solicitor, taking you through the whole moving process from start to finish.
And we can find reputable trades people to help you with any repairs or refurbishments, bringing your house up to the standard you require.
We can even set up your utility accounts, help you open a Luxembourg bank account, if required, furnish your house or find excellent domestic help for your property.
Simply put, we will do our utmost to help you in any way you wish to make your move as smooth as possible.
